Treated Poles

The Company produces Transmission Poles, Telephone Poles, Fencing Poles and Droppers which are treated with Creosote preservatives at our Pole Treatment Plants based in Mutare. These products are marketed and sold throughout the SADC region to different customers according to their specific requirements.

The Wattle Company is a dominant and preferred supplier of treated poles and charcoal. The Company treats and grades poles in accordance to Standards Association of Zimbabwe, standard (SAZ 120-2009) and other Regional Standards (SANS 754, BOS 176-2006, KS 516-2008, DZS 746.6:2010). The Company also takes pride in its well-managed forests.
